Consentify is an independent, US-based software company with one product: a digital consent and intake app for clinics, med spas, beauty salons, tattoo studios, and the practitioners who run them. We started it after watching skilled professionals lose hours every week to clipboards, illegible handwriting, and filing cabinets — and we've been shipping fixes for that ever since.
Every feature — AI form import, contraindication flagging, offline sync, before-and-after photo markup — exists because a real practitioner asked for it. We spend our time in clinics, salons, and studios, not in sales meetings.
Client records are encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS in transit, protected by a tamper-proof audit trail, and never shared with ad networks or trackers — there are no third-party analytics SDKs in the app. HIPAA Business Associate Agreements are available on Elite and Empire plans, signed right in the app.
Consentify is an iPad and iPhone app (iOS 17+). There is no Android or web version for practitioners — that focus is how a small team ships a polished product. Clients don't need the app at all: they sign on any phone via QR code or link.
