One account. iPad, iPhone, and any web browser.
Run your practice from the Consentify app on iPad or iPhone, or sign in from a browser on any computer. Same forms, same submissions, same clients — everywhere.
The iPad and iPhone app
- The full Consentify experience, built for the front desk and the treatment room (iOS 17 or later).
- Kiosk mode — hand the iPad to a client with everything else sealed behind your PIN or Face ID.
- Full offline mode — submissions, notes and photos queue locally and sync when you reconnect.
- On-device translation of clients' free-text answers into your language; camera capture for photos and paper-form import.
The web app
- Sign in at app.getconsentify.com from Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox on a Mac, Windows PC, Chromebook or Android tablet. Nothing to install.
- Everything you do on the iPad: submissions, customers, the form builder, image templates, reminders, team and settings.
- Kiosk mode works in the browser too once you set a device PIN; forms filled offline send themselves when the connection returns.
- No client data is kept in the browser beyond the current session.
One practice, every device
Your account is the same everywhere: forms, submissions, notes, photos, customers, reminders and team members are one shared record. A browser counts as a device with its own allowance on top of your iPad and iPhone limits (Essential 1, Elevate 1, Elite 2, Empire unlimited). Translating free-text answers and full offline mode stay app-only.
Subscriptions: subscribe where you sign in
One subscription covers your whole practice on every device. On iPad or iPhone you subscribe through the App Store, billed to your Apple ID. On the web you subscribe by card in Settings → Plan. Plans and prices are the same in both places, monthly or annual, and the free Essential plan needs no card. A practice bills through one provider at a time: to move from the App Store to the web (or back), cancel, let the paid period end, then subscribe on the other side. See pricing.
