Every Consentify record is protected by a tamper-evident digital signature. Enter the Record ID printed at the bottom of a sealed PDF to confirm it hasn't been altered.
How this works
Each record is sealed with an ECDSA P-256 digital signature and an append-only audit ledger. This page re-runs the cryptographic check on our servers and reports only whether the seal is intact — no personal information from the form is ever shown or returned.
